Collecting Support information on Brocade Switch


1) From the switch connectivity server/Mgmt server

# script -a /var/tmp/supportshow_sw1.txt

2) Connect to Brocade Switch from Server using telnet command

#  telnet brocade1 ---   (brocade1 is the switch name)

3) Run the supportshow command

brocade1> supportshow

Logout and press ctrl + D to close the file
